If you’re looking to take your skills to the next level, Carole Park Pool also has some great squad training options available. Whether you're just starting out and need some extra guidance, or you're a seasoned competitive swimmer, there's a squad for you.
Their junior squad is perfect for beginners who want some extra correction and direction, while their senior squad caters to the more advanced swimmers looking to continue their journey in the sport.
Plus, with morning and afternoon options throughout the week, as well as a Saturday morning session, you'll be able to find a schedule that works for you.
Every Monday at 9:30 am, you can join in on one of their exciting group exercise classes.
