Most Common Pebblecrete Pool Colours Australia

White

This colour of pebblecrete contains near-white pebbles and cement and does not have any inclusions. It creates a soft light blue water color, and is best paired with decorative waterline tiling to prevent the pool from being too plain.

Natural

This pebblecrete contains a near-equal blend of near-white pebbles and golden pebbles, creating a sandy tone that is halfway between white and gold. It creates a light turquoise water color, and is best paired with muted colour schemes and tropical landscaping elements.

This colour is provided by The Pool Reno Guy under the name Champagne Pebblecrete, from Dynamic Pool Designs, where it is known as Mountain Dew Pebblecrete, and by Blue Haven, under the name Australian White with Golden Pebble.

Gold

This colour contains entirely mid-toned golden pebbles and therefore produces vibrant turquoise water. This water colour goes great with tropical-themed landscaping elements and lush greenery.

Salt And Pepper

This mix has a base of near-white pebbles and specks of black stone or glass that tend to make up about 5-10% of the total mixture. This pebblecrete colour creates a light blue water color that can sometimes show a tiny bit of green hue, and it can be very flattering to a space when paired with more modern pool and landscaping designs.

Jade

Jade pebblecrete can vary more by the provider. One option for jade pebblecrete mix typically has a base of near-white pebbles and cement and then can incorporate anywhere from 50-90% of green and turquoise colour pebbles. Jade pebblecrete that is mixed this way is sold by providers of the Skypebble® Original line under the colour name Jade.

Another option for jade pebblecrete involves using a majority of near-white pebbles and then incorporating jade coloured glass inclusions at a ratio of about 10-15%. This variety of mix is available from Dynamic Pool Designs as Jade Pebblecrete.

Both varieties of jade pebblecrete tend to create a muted, light blue water color with a very slight green hue. It works well when paired with light grey coping and landscaping elements.

Black
